After choosing a client, the agents failed to give us our documents and gave us wrong information on what to do. Example, the clients didn't present the wife's drivers license and they advised us to wait. We did and never got anything. When we went in to complain, they gave us forms and made us sign them before telling us anything else. Since we were already in the contract, we can't get out of the year long deal that we just made. The clients they had presented us and that we had chosen, now has not paid their rent in 3 months. We went back to Tarbell to get the SSN of the clients from the original contract which is in their possession so we could do a credit check, and they had failed to get their SSN number as well. Now its only 6 months later, 2 months of rent haven't been paid and we checked back in. Our house is full of trash, our doors are missing and so is our bathroom mirror. The agency we went to had a good manager that tried to help but their agents are horrible and did nothing to help us.
