I'm new to this doctor's office and so far they are horrible. I've been trying to get a referral for a cardiologist for over 5 weeks. The initial cardiologist they referred me to wasn't accepting new patients so there was over a 2 month wait. After trying to get a new referral they blamed my insurance company for yet another week delay. When I finally got to the bottom of it, my insurance group was waiting on their office to contact them. I attempted to follow up with Becky who handles the referrals, but every time I call they either say she's at lunch or on the other line. this place is ridiculous, I hope nothing sever happens to me before I see a cardiologist. I strongly recommend going somewhere else.
