Wells Fargo Bank at 11764 De Palma Road, Corona, California.

Do not open an account with this Wells Fargo if you have other banking choices...were told that the accounts I opened were free....then they started charging monthly fees 3 months later...called customer service and were told that they didn't understand why the accounts were setup the way they were...and was told to go back to the bank to have it fixed...went back to bank and were told another lie, that in order to get free accounts, that I need to open a credit card account...then another employee said they'll fix the accounts so we won't get anymore service fees, gave the bank another chance to get things right...but a month later, accounts were charged even higher monthly service fees...so I went back and cancelled all accounts with Wells Fargo...while there, heard people having the same issue...don't do business with this bank!

I love Wells Fargo and I love this branch. Always treated with respect and always overly helpful people working at Wells Fargo.
