Through those taxes the public were sustained; supported with the necessities. Now with this great influx of immigrants a strain is put on the "USA" public financial services & support. 99 cent stores compensates "USA" by allowing its citizens to purchase supplies & necessities @ affordable cost. Be it fabric, clothing, tools, toiletries, foods, snacks & produce, kitchen wares & utensils, toys, electronic accessories, vanities & etc. The Dollar Tree is quite close in their service to the public also. Competition? IDK!!:

I love this place! Great fir the price. I always cone back here for shopping. A nice spot for people on a budget!
